Full roof replacement starts with a complete tear-off down to the deck. We inspect every board for rot or soft spots. In Mexico, we find decking damage on about 30% of tear-offs. Damaged sections get replaced with CDX plywood before anything else goes on. Then we build up: ice and water shield in valleys and at eaves, synthetic underlayment across the full deck, new drip edge on every edge, starter strip, field shingles, hip and ridge caps, and ridge vent. Dumpster, permits, and cleanup included.
